LEXINGTON, Okla. – Two Oklahoma prison facilities were placed on lockdown after receiving phoned-in bomb threats today.

Officials say the threats came directly to the switch boards at the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center and the Joseph Harp Correctional Center, both in Lexington.

Investigators swept both facilities, searching for any evidence of an explosive device.

The lockdown was lifted this afternoon and nothing was discovered.
